Hi I’m Lara, a busy mom trying to create a healthy and happy lifestyle one habit at a time.
I created this blog in order to help me lose weight, eat healthy, and be happier. I want to help you be healthy and happy while being a busy mom and my hope is that the information here will help you create a healthier lifestyle without fad diets, extreme workouts, and less stress. A healthy mom is more than just eating right and exercising. It’s also about being happy with the life you are living and creating with your family.

I’m a busy mom just like you.
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering but you wouldn’t know it by my current life. I worked in the corporate world and left after having my first child. I now have 3 kids (two girls and one boy), I am a stay at home mom, I am a farmer’s wife, a personal trainer, and a health coach (whew! that’s a lot of hats to wear in one day!).
I got tired of chasing happiness and a healthy body in fad diets, extreme workouts, and trying to please others. I decided to get educated about all things related to health, nutrition, exercise, and happiness. I am now applying those steps to my life and I want to help you apply them to yours! I want to help you create your happy and healthy life!
